A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is the essential qualification required to fly aircraft professionally and earn remuneration as a pilot. It is the primary pathway for candidates aspiring to build a career in airline, charter, business jet, or corporate aviation operations.
At Vayurath Aviation Training Academy (VATA), the CPL program is conducted strictly in accordance with Directorate General of Civil Aviation, India regulations. Applicants must have successfully completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, meeting DGCA academic eligibility standards.

A valid DGCA Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by an approved medical examiner is mandatory to confirm physical and mental fitness for commercial flight operations.
Candidates must demonstrate English Language Proficiency as per ICAO requirements, ensuring effective communication in an international aviation environment.
Comprehensive DGCA-approved theoretical instruction covering Air Navigation, Meteorology, Air Regulations, Technical General, and Radio Telephony (RTR). Emphasis is placed on concept clarity, exam-oriented preparation, and real-world airline operations knowledge.
